We are a small editorial team. We read every email and we reply to all of them. Even if it sometimes takes us a few days, especially during the busy season for our sector. We ask for kindness and patience.
By type of request
Editorial proposals and story tips. If you run a venue and think your story might be of interest to our readers, write to us. If you know someone who deserves to be featured, let us know. Email: redazione@horeca-innovazione.it.
Editorial collaborations. Are you a journalist or a sector consultant who would like to collaborate with us on an article? Send us an email with two lines of introduction and a concrete idea. Email: redazione@horeca-innovazione.it.
Advertising and sponsored content. For requests on advertising planning, editorial partnerships and sponsored content, write to partnership@horeca-innovazione.it. All sponsored content is identified clearly and separately from editorial content.
Reporting errors or corrections. If you have found an error in one of our articles, an outdated piece of data or any kind of inaccuracy, we will be grateful if you report it. We always publish corrections, transparently, at the bottom of the article. Email: correzioni@horeca-innovazione.it.
Requests regarding personal data. For all requests relating to the processing of personal data (access, rectification, erasure, objection and other rights provided by GDPR) write to us at redazione@horeca-innovazione.it. Details in our privacy notice.
Editorial location
The HoReCa Innovazione editorial team is distributed between Lecce, Naples, Rome and Salerno. We do not have a single physical newsroom open to the public. For in person appointments or organisational visits please write to us by email to agree on the means and the place.
Response times
We aim to reply to all emails within three working days. During peak sector months (April, May, June, September) response times can extend to a week. If your request is urgent, please flag it in the email subject.
